• Our mugs come individually packaged in a clear cellophane bag tied with a twine bow. They are ready for gifting!

PRODUCTION TIMELINE
All mugs are currently made-to-order. Your mug will go into production within 24 hours of placing your order.

Production time is normally 2-4 business days. During the Holiday season (mid Nov.- Dec.), production times may increase to 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING INFO
All mugs ship from our production partner in Phoenix, AZ via USPS Flat Rate (typically 3-5 business days) for domestic orders.
